Refund Policy: Should you need to cancel your booking, a full refund is given up to 5 days before the start of the course minus a £3 payment fee. Cancellations received less than 5 days before the start date will not be entitled to a refund or a transfer unless I can find a replacement. Transfer to another course can only be made, subject to availability. Once a course has started, I cannot give refunds, should you be unable to complete the course.

Missed sessions: If you miss a session you can catch up at home by following the weekly training guide sent after each session. I am usually not able to offer a space in another class as they are usually full, and I can't have more than 6 dogs in any session.

Dogs with behaviour issues: The classes are for training, not to deal with behaviour problems such as aggression or anxiety issues. Dogs must be dog-to-dog friendly. If you have a dog that is nervous or that barks excessively you must discuss this with me prior booking. A private session may need to be arranged to assess your dog’s suitability for attending classes. You are responsible for the conduct of your own dog before, during, and upon leaving the classes.

Bitches in season: If your bitch has not yet had their first season I would advice against starting a course as your dog approaches 7 months of age as most bitches will come into season between 7-10 months of age (but anytime between 6-12 months is possible). If your bitch comes into season before the course starts the cancellation policy above applies. If your bitch comes into season during a training course, you must notify me. Sometimes a bitch can attend early in the season if there are no entire male dogs in the same class, but you may have to abstain for 2-3 weeks. I cannot offer refunds or transfers in this situation.

Vaccinations: All dogs attending classes must be vaccinated and proof of vaccination be available on request.  Should you choose not to vaccinate but titre test, then proof of your dog’s blood titre levels must be available.

COVID-19 precautions: Should you feel unwell with a persistent cough or fever, loss of taste or smell with suspected or confirmed Covid-19 I would ask you to be considerate and not attend classes until you feel better.
